The EGO POWER+ Commercial Pole Saw Attachment is designed to be used exclusively with the Commercial Telescopic Power Pole system. Equipped with a 10” bar and chain, this saw is designed to tackle the challenges of all-day professional use while offering precise pruning and limbing. The Commercial Pole Saw provides up to 230 cuts (when used with the recommended 5.0Ah 56V ARC Lithium™ battery). Delivering a chain speed of up to 20 m/s to get the tough jobs done faster. The high-efficiency brushless motor which allows for longer run time, low vibrations and extended tool life. The automatic lubrication system prolongs chain life and reduces friction for smooth cuts. All EGO chargers charge all EGO batteries. The rapid charger will charge any EGO battery faster than the standard charger but all chargers work interchangeably.
All EGO tools carry a 5-year limited warranty purchased from authorized EGO retailers. There is a 3-year limited warranty on EGO Power+ System battery packs and chargers purchased from authorized EGO retailers. The warranty period for any EGO product, battery pack and charger used for industrial, professional or commercial purpose is one year. The warranty period for reconditioned or refurbished products used for residential purpose is 1 year, for industrial, professional or commercial purpose is 90 days. The warranty period for routine maintenance parts, such as, but not limited to, blades, trimmer heads, chain bars, saw chains, belts, scraper bars, blower nozzles, and all other EGO accessories is 90 days for residential purpose, 30 days for industrial, professional or commercial purpose.

Yes, these chainsaws do not come with bar and chain oil included in the package or tool. Please fill the oil tank with bar and chain oil prior to the first use.
No, the EGO multi-head attachments are only compatible with the EGO POWER+ power head (PH1400).
By standing the saw vertically and placing a shoe or boot inside this handle, the pole saw can be extended easier.
Adjusting a loose chain can be done using the combi-wrench provided with the saw. Further instructions can be found in the owner’s manual.
